HOW DO I ORDER?
In the menu, browse our product pages (Graphics Kits, Pilot ID, Plastics and Accessories and Casual) until you find what you are looking for. After filling in the personalization fields, send the form so that we can contact you and proceed with the process.
CAN YOU SEND A MAP OF MY GRAPHICS BEFORE PRINTING? *
Yes! We always send the proof of design by email to make changes before printing, if necessary.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE DESIGN PROOF? *
It depends on the current workload, but the test will be designed and sent by email as soon as possible. Approximately 5 working days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE THE GRAPHICS?
Approximately 5 working days. Depending on the number of orders we have at the moment.
I CAN'T FIND GRAPHICS FOR MY MOTO MODEL, CAN YOU CREATE? *
Yes! All the graphics we present are customizable and we can adapt them to any model!
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL / BUSINESS LOGO TO MY GRAPHICS?
Yes! Personal / business logos must be in EPS or PDF format. When you are filling out your product form, write us in the additional changes.
DO THE GRAPHICS APPLY TO PLASTICS?
Yes! With additional cost.

WHAT DO I CHANGE OF IDEAS ABOUT AN ORDER? *
No problem ! We will try to find a solution before production.
But if you want to completely change the initial design or cancel your order after production starts, there will be a design fee of 40EUR + VAT to cover the time we spent on your order. If the printing process has already started with your order, we will not be able to change or refund.
